Tangshan Xinrui Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. mainly produces various plate heat exchangers, plate heat exchanger frames, heat exchanger units, accessories, as well as plate heat exchanger cleaning and maintenance. At the same time, it can customize various non-standard parts. It is located in Fengnan District, Tangshan City, 200 kilometers away from the urban area of Beijing. The entire route is accessible by expressway, and the transportation time by truck to Beijing is less than four hours.

Our factory currently has fixed assets of 20 million yuan, covers an area of 2,800 square meters, and has a building area of 1,400 square meters. Among them, there is 1 Tianshuichan CW61125E lathe, 1 Hanchuan TX611B digital display horizontal boring machine, 3 3-meter gantry planers, 1 3-meter multi-face gantry milling machine, 2 imported 50mm drilling machines, 1 C630 lathe, and 2 C620 lathes. Three CD6140A lathes, one 32mm ² Wanxiang radial drilling machine, and two CNC cutting machines. Mainly produce various plate heat exchanger frames, upper and lower guide beams, rollers and other accessories. And it can produce composite cardboard presses and various pipe flanges (nominal diameter 10mm-3000mm) according to the user's requirements. There are nearly 40 employees in the enterprise.

Under the condition that all materials are available, the processing cycle for the non-standard large plate models of our enterprise is one week. The general batch processing cycle is one week. The annual processing capacity of large plates is more than two thousand sets. Adopt the processing methods of material wrapping or material strip processing. The process and business of large plates covering stainless steel plates have now been added, and large-scale shot blasting equipment has been purchased.
