Plate heat exchanger working principle

Plate heat exchangers are important devices for recovering exhaust energy from large air conditioning systems, recovering waste heat from high-temperature flue gas, and dissipating heat from computer cpus.

Plate heat exchangers are important devices for recovering exhaust energy from large air conditioning systems, recovering waste heat from high-temperature flue gas, and dissipating heat from computer cpus. The structure consists of a vacuum liquid filling head and a core. The vacuum liquid filling heads are located on both sides of the vacuum liquid filling channel. One side of the vacuum liquid filling head is provided with a connecting pipe. The core is composed of a vacuum liquid filling channel and several plate-fin channels stacked alternately. The vacuum liquid filling channel is equipped with partitions at the top and bottom, and seals on both sides. Fins can be set inside the channel. The upper and lower parts of the plate-fin channel are equipped with partitions, and seals are provided on both sides. Fins are installed inside the channel. Each plate-fin channel is separated by a seal into two parallel hot medium channels and cold medium channels. After assembly, the overall layout is either horizontally inclined or vertically arranged.
